The beach mecca of Skrillex in Malibu is officially off the market.
The iconic dubstep producer and DJ has turned the tables at the sprawling, 12,000-foot mansion, raking in a cool $17.5 million from his recent sale of the property, according to Soil. The six-bedroom, ten-bathroom home, which was originally listed for $24 million, has a movie theater, sauna, game room and gym.
As you enter the house you walk into a huge room with floor to ceiling glass doors leading outside to a beautiful patio.
The patio, with a luxurious infinity pool, contains a cabana and lounge area for drinks or dinners by the fireplace and offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Not a bad place to get inspiration for new music.
The house’s opulent movie theater and wood-finished sauna are akin to an adults-only playground, providing a respite from one of the most prolific music producers in the world.
The old Skrillex master bedroom is fit for a king. The opulent space is almost like its own home, equipped with a sitting area, fireplace, and private deck with its own plunge pool. The space also has a combined shower-bathtub that occupies a private room, which is flanked by obsidian tiles and palm trees outside.
