Sidney Powell revealed that her legal team Eric Coomer — the security director for Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems — will be able to ask two hours of questions in a statement on Sept. 23.
The statement was issued by the Colorado court overseeing a defamation lawsuit filed by Coomer alleging that Powell and other parties falsely accused him of playing a key role in “rigging” the election for the elected President Joe Biden.
Asked by Richard Harris of Truth and Freedom Coalition when her legal team was allowed to question Mr Coomer in a statement, Powell exclaimed, “Yes, we do! I can not wait!”
Harris then asked, “Will the court make a discovery for you in that case?”
Sidney replied, “Yeah, actually the Colorado court, which is the first case and that’s the case that Coomer has brought against us, has given us a brief but two-hour statement from him before we can even decide what a” anti-floppy problem.’ That’s a completely different legal issue, I won’t even go into it, but basically in Colorado you have the right under the law to talk about issues of national concern without getting hit with impeachment, and that’s exactly what “We were doing and there’s a hearing on that later this month. But as it stands, we’ll get a first statement from Mr. Coomer on September 23.”
