Nicholas Claus, a Scottsdale Unified School District education supporter at Chaparral High School, was arrested Thursday by the Scottsdale Police Department after admitting he made several allegations of sexual abuse against a minor with special needs.
This is the same school district where school board members were arrested for intimidating and spying on parents concerned about issues such as sexual abuse, critical race theory and medical tyranny at their child’s school.

Mark Greenburg, the father of former CEO Jann-Michael Greenburg, stalked parents and collected their private information, photos, social media posts and photos of their children in a Google drive.
Many of the photos Greenburg took were not found on the Google drive. Parents are very concerned because they do not know where these photos are.
Nicholas Claus is now on trial on six charges, including two counts of intentional child abuse, two charges of sexual abuse and two charges of public sexual indecency involving contact.
The school continues to pay the alleged pedophile through paid leave as he faces six charges, a $25,000 bail, and he can no longer work in a school or interact with minors.
Court records even say that “Claus admitted some of the allegations,” according to 12 News.

Claus is currently on paid administrative leave as the school continues its own investigation in conjunction with the Scottsdale Police Department, the spokesman said.
Claus appeared before a Maricopa County commissioner Friday morning for his first appearance. During the proceedings, the commissioner set a bail of $25,000 for Claus.
If Claus posts that tape, his release terms will state that he must not work in any school or have contact with minors, children with special needs or a vulnerable adult.
“There are no exceptions. A reference that you could apparently serve as Santa in one case is not allowed,” said Commissioner David Syer.

The entire board must resign. They won’t.
That’s why we need your help to make this happen! Protect children.
SIGN THE PETITION! VOLUNTEER! DONATE!
If you live in the Scottsdale School District, you can sign the recall petition every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Scottsdale Studios, 9445 E Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale, AZ.
RecallScottsdaleSchoolBoard.org is organizing the recall of the Scottsdale School Board members.
The Scottsdale School Board recall was filed on August 20, 2021 by Scottsdale resident Patricia Lee Pellet to recall Greenburg, Cieniawski, and Hart-Wells, saying, “The mental and emotional health of many SUSD students is steadily declined to an alarming level.”
The petitions also argued that education in the district was suffering. “Parents should not have a say in their children’s upbringing, education, health care or mental health” because of board member decisions, the petitions say.
We have until December 18, 2021 to collect OVER 20,935 signatures PER school board member. That number is calculated by taking 25 percent of the votes cast for Scottsdale school board members in the last general election and dividing it by the number of offices filled in that election, according to the office of Maricopa County School Superintendent Steve Watson.
As of Aug. 18, more than 2,000 Scottsdale Unified students were locked up at home because they tested positive for COVID-19 or because they were in close contact with someone who did.
