House Democrats Plan to Vote on Joe Biden’s “Build Back” Broke Better” bill Thursday night.

A cost analysis by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), the official Congressional scorer, got in the way of the vote, as officials race around the clock to make more than a dozen preliminary estimates that assess the budgetary impact of provisions under the various committees. .
