Eminem has more “Venom”.
Three years after dropping his “Venom” cut, the Detroit rapper is teasing a sequel for the upcoming Marvel movie, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, with Skylar Grey, Polo G and Mozzy.
On social media, he shared an 18-second clip of the cinematic song. No vocals can be heard in the short clip, but Em has tagged his three collaborators. The self-titled song is expected to be released on Friday, the same day the film hits theaters.
Eminem wrote the title track for the 2018 superhero movie, which also appeared on his album Kamikaze album.
Earlier this month, fans speculated that he could be dropping music for the Venom: Let There Be Carnage soundtrack after a series of clues on social media. Mozzy’s manager also tweeted that his client had been in the studio with both Eminem and Polo G.
Eminem gears up for a big week. He plans to open a permanent location today for his Mom’s Spaghetti restaurant in downtown Detroit. Launched as a pop-up in 2017, the concept restaurant offers menu items inspired by his famous “Lose Yourself” lyrics.
He also plans to return to acting. He will play White Boy Rick in an upcoming episode of 50 Cent’s Starz series “Black Mafia Family.”
