The Certified Lover Boy has moved into a $65 million mansion in the exclusive Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills.
According to Dirt.com, the lavish rental property was built this year and includes a 20-foot stone waterfall plus moat, a 15-foot-tall olive tree imported from Italy, and a 2,000-bottle wine cellar.
The half-acre estate, called “Elementi,” hit the market this year with an asking price of $65 million. It has been marketed as a “natural” home with finishes and design elements that incorporate nature.
The 18,000-square-foot excavations include a double-height marble atrium entrance, curved spiral staircase, movie theater, custom Minotti furnishings, and a custom kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. In addition to the store-sized closet and dressing room, there is a “daylight basement” with an entertainment area and wet bar. The outdoor area includes an infinity pool with an Olympic-size swimlane and stunning views of Los Angeles.
The walls are covered in expensive artwork, including a sculpture by Baltasar Lobo and a painting by George Condo worth millions, while a wellness center is equipped with a sauna and steam room.
Drake owns the famous “YOLO Estate” less than an hour away in the gated Hidden Hills community, which he bought in 2012 for $7.7 million. It’s unclear if he has plans to make Beverly Hills his permanent residence. 6 God’s real estate portfolio also includes a 50,000-square-foot mansion in his hometown of Toronto, which is on the cover of Architectural summary.
