Heavy rock event Austin Terror Fest has rebranded as Oblivion Access for its 2020 event. The festival is set to return to Austin’s Red River Cultural District from June 5-7 with performances from Swans, Converge, Lil Ugly Mane and more.
Oblivion Access is an annual celebration of underground music and rock culture and will hit various venues throughout the Austin cultural district including Barracuda and Empire Control Room & Garage. This year the festival will also expand to a new venue, The Mohawk.
The new name, Oblivion Access, is meant to serve as an homage to Lil Ugly Mane’s 2015 album of the same title.
The multi-venue festival was created in 2016 and continues to be independently produced by Austin-based entrepreneurs Dusty Brooks and Dorian Domi. Brooks and Domi are music talent bookers as well as metal enthusiasts who look to continue growing the new brand for years to come.
Three-day passes are available now. Weekend GA passes guarantee access to all official festival shows at Barracuda, Empire Control Room & Garage and Mohawk throughout the three-day festival weekend. These Weekend GA passes are in limited supply due to venue capacities.
